How difficult is it to get into Univ. of Texas-San Antonio's Psychology graduate program?

Also, how good is the school? I'm looking at graduate schools and the website to UTSA's graduate psychology department caught my eye. I have a good GPA (3.6) but little else on my resume besides PT jobs.

Your resume do count when you are taking graduate or post graduate course. However they are not the sole criteria to decide on. Since your GPA is good, you may get in.
