For a tracker to work, both parties....the person who looks at the page and the person who's page is being viewed MUST be signed up with that particular tracker.

Most if not all trackers are viruses. It's not a good idea. There is whosonmypage.com but it only show's the people that are also on that page. Not every one. It's best not to use them at all. Tom even said so. haha
