it'll automatically disable itself.
2. you can delete the account...check on help on the service provider which shld be your own mailbox ...mostly it'll be in options.

Well dont use it at all if u dont use to for month automatically u get unsubscribe ur email ID wont work or there are some email provider where u can offcially unsubcribe to it like gmail.

The easiest way: Don't log on for 3 months it deactivates automatically.
