Take showers, spent some money, wear nice clothes, don't be a D head, loose some weight, and show you're interested. (they sell showers at Lowes or the lumber yard, you can take them with your girlfriend and/or wife.) If you do attend a drug/alcoholics rehab. or anonymous, don't go in and/or out all the time, just stay. So you can learn to be honest wih yourself or others. If not you are waisting everyone's time. There's how a person can be attracted to girls.

where make up just enough to make u glow. show off ur body but dont look like a hoe. have ur hair lookin' cute as much as possible. have ur nails done. Act Nice and act like u hopefully u ain't an ignorant person. Good personalities makes u look better to people.

Be fit, well-read, confident, clean and well-groomed.
All that will help on the initial contact. THen you should be a nice guy, considerate, and a good listener to get past the "first impression" stage.

pay attention to yoru over all image. take time to get ready in the morning. wear cute clothes. start working out - it will make your feel better and have more confidence. put on natural makeup, get a hair style and do it. always look nice, even when ur by yourself, it will make u have better confidence in urself and thats attractive too. hope i helped

Looks play a big part when you are just meeting someone. So be clean, and dress appropriatly. BUT, when a guy opens his mouth, I dont care how cute he is, if he is a jerk, he turns ugly. So be polite, respectful and generous and everyone will love you.

Also, it wouldn't hurt to learn what girls like.
