Not at all. I don't think it's acceptable, but kids will be kids, if they believe it's right.
I don't think anyone should think about getting pregnant unless they're...
1. Out of school
2. Financially stable
2a. Financially stable by themselves-- not depending on parents for cash flow
3. Married
Then again, I'm old-fashioned. Oh well. Aren't 15-year olds minors (concerning having sex) anyways? Isn't it illegal or something?

I was 16 when I got pregnant and let me tell you that it is a very tough thing. I missed my proms (both junior and senior), I had to get a job (diapers, food and even medical expenses are expensive) and I had to think about graduating high school. I don't know that "acceptable" would be the right way to word a 15 year old getting pregnant. It shouldn't happen no, but if I were given the chance to go back in time and not be pregnant I wouldn't do it because now I have a beautiful 12 year old daughter that I don't know what I would do without.

Good lord no. Unfortunately I know of too many teen girls that deliberately get pregnant for all the wrong reasons. Some are enchanted with the idea of this sweet little baby that will love them unconditionally. Babies, however, don't just lie there looking cute and sending off loving thoughts. They are a heckuva lot of work. And it would be completely unfair to assume that the grandma would take over child care duties so the mother could go off to be a teenager. Grandma has already done her time in the sleep deprivation/dirty diaper treadmill.

Some girls have a screwy notion that getting pregnant is a good way to keep the baby's father with them forever. BAD idea. Men don't get as squishy and sentimental about babies as women tend to.be. Even a young man who steps up to fulfill his obligation of time and financial support to the baby often feels massively trapped and resentful. A baby will not fix a relationship in trouble. It only makes things more complicated

Cant say I would "accept" it. I really do think thats too young. Even tho I've even went against this. I think you really should wait for sex. Until you're married. same for kids. A lot of teens want to be popular so .. being irresponsible... they have sex with a guy. When he may not be using protection. or even if he is.. the girl ends up pregnant. Are they old enough to support a child? NO. Are they a child themselves? YES. So no I wouldn't consider 15 to be an age to be acceptable to be pregnant. or even be thinking about sex.

Why is it that girls think they are old enough to have sex, but can't even take the responsibility of using birth control? No, it is NOT acceptable for a 15 yr. old to get pregnant. A teen-ager can not possibly make enough money to take care of a baby. Why anyone would want to take the risk of becoming pregnant at 15 boggles my mind when there are clinics that distribute free birth control.

No because in most states a 15 year old can not work like where I live you must be 16 and even then you can only work a certain amount of hours a week.

Also who is going to get stuck watching the baby and paying for it? I mean like I said most states will not let anyone under 16 work and most states will not allow anyone under 16 to drop out of school which is another law where I live at. If you stop going to school under 16 your parents risk going to jail or getting a fine

It is definitely not acceptable. You will miss out on the greatest part of your life. Your teens years should be free of stress and you should be having the time of your life. A 15 yr old is not ready for the full responsibility of a baby.

no not really.. your very young at 15 and very inexperienced.my first child was at 20 and i felt very lost..no matter how much help you have you are still in charge of a child for the rest of your life, everything you do will make an inpact in the child you bring into the world.i know some young girls are ready to have babys and really want them at an early age i was ready since i was 14 .but when i did have it it was another thing ..they need to much attention, and love and if it ends up with a desability the question will be "are u ready for a long battle with doctors ."
at 15 you should enjoy going out with friends, partys, boyfriends, sleepovers with girlfriends, school, music, first job, falling in love ...then once you experience enough out of life then and only then i believe its the right time ..iam not saying wait till ur married not many girls do that any more but wait till ur trully ready.many girls who give birth at an early age have to also worry about depression.
