you better get it to pull back or you will get an infection and then be forced to get it skinned. you have to keep it clean...so you will have to force it gradually until it goes over the head. it will tear a little and hurt some...but this needs to be done. and besides...it heals pretty fast and it can go back to work.
once you get it to slide over the head...use vasiline as a lubricant and keep doing this often. the more you get it over the head...the less problems you will have and it will fit like a glove.
plus sex...in all ways... will feel much better.
no girl wants a stinky winky...so you better take my advice.
you can even ask any doctor and they will tell you the same...but charge you.

If it hurts to pull back your foreskin and you can't, then you have phimosis. First, make sure your foreskin isn't red, inflammed, or infected, because then you'll need to go to the doctor's immediately.
There are stretching exercises for the opening of your foreskin, like another poster mentioned. You just gently try opening the opening a little bit each day until you can gradually pull it back all the way. It may take a few weeks so patience is a must.
There is also another surgical procedure (but not circumcision) that can work too. Ask your doctor about the stretching exercises first, there is some kind of cream that's supposed to help. And yeah, be wary of doctors that suggest circumcision outright as that's probably not what you want.

The foreskin can be too tight to retract during intercourse or stimulation. In that case, you may not be able to fully retract it. Never force it to retract - you could cause a tear which might become infected.
If you are unable to retract it fully when you are not erect, that may become a problem for proper hygiene; in which case you might consider a minor operation (not a circumcision) that can release the restriction.
This problem is rare but not unknown for uncircumcised men; it is still better for you in terms of protection of the glans and for stimulation during masturbation/intercourse to keep as much of the foreskin as possible. I would be careful of doctors that simply suggest you have a full circumcision.
There are also stretching exercises you can use to increase the flexibility of the foreskin to the point where it will retract normally.
Consult your doctor for details of exercises that will help with this problem

well the problem is that you are uncut and i guess you dont know you have to pull the skin back every day to keep it loose or it will grow back to the penis and you cant get that skin back then you will get an infection under there for lack of cleanin it, so i recommend you go see a doctor or it will only get worse

It's most like being caused by a condition called thrush, a common infection. It's usually caused by a fungus, similar to a yeast infection. It's easily treated. It's very common and nothing to be embarassed about. I've had it myself...see a doctor.

If you do not like to get circumcised, the next best thing is to get the opening of the prepuce enlarged so that the glans can protrude easily when the penis is erect. THIS WILL NOT ONLY IMPROVE YOUR PERSONAL HYGIENE BUT ALSO MAKE YOUR GLANS A BIT MORE INSENSITIVE TO PROLONG YOUR PLEASURE.

that sucks, you should get circumsized, Its way more cooler and never gets infected cuz theres nothing under anything. dont do it yourself, go to a doctor.
The person above me is right too, it does let your sensitivity go down a little so you'll last longer.

My friend says that it could be infected. Look for redness and tenderness. Talk to your doc or school nurse.
