ok I'm about to sand blast the sub frame of my 1967 firebird but I don't know what I should use for paint I want something that will prevent it from rusting again but I don't want to use that rubber coating thing

Have you heard of KBS Coatings? They make some products that seal rust permanently so you never have to deal with it again. The first product is AquaKlean, which get the metal cleaned. The second product is RustBlast, which etches the metal. The last step is RustSeal, which will coat the rust and it will never come back. You can buy the KBS System Sampler Kit and that should be all that you need.

Have it powder coated

The place that does the powder coating can handle the blasting too
(usually 95% of the time)

PS:does not require baking

use a primer that prevent rust and if its primed and painted right it shount rust for while untill the road rocks and dirt chip the paint

I don't think powder coating is practical for your frame on this . Doesnt it have to be baked on?
