First of all I do not believe in an Apocalyptic ending to the world
I am not looking for someone to rescue us from our stupidity
If however you simply mean can this escalate into WW III
Yes - It has the potential for making a total war between all of Islam and the rest of the world
For some reason the Extremists hijacked that religion and are setting off bombs everywhere
The US, India,Philippines, Africa, Malaysia and Europe
Someone in the Mid East needs to control the Media and Masses to tone things down while it is still possible
I do see this as becoming a world wide conflict
With Islam being turned in to a bad memory

It could very well be headed that way, things are falling right into place according to scripture, however Damascus will have to be destroyed first ,Isaiah 17:1-3. This is the oldest existing city in the world.

Sorry I must disagree. It is a regional conflict and neither the U.S.A. nor Russia is that committed to use nuclear weapons. Iran does not have and and the other onternational villain, Syria, has no such weapons either.
