Is it any radio wave or light wave or something else? What is the Physics behind it?

Soul is just a creation of human mind. It's just a thought.
It has nothing to do with radio-waves or any kind of waves.
Physics has nothing to do with such things. Physics deals with real things, not with mere thoughts!

Soul. Quantum of Light.
Because, from all particles, only and only the quantum of light is a privileged particle.

soul(or life as you put it) is not a corporeal substance and therefore cannot be proven or explaned by physics. it is an ethereal object and cannot be scientifically studied by the fields of physics or chemistry. Our soul is just as mysterious and unexplanable as ghosts (if you believe in them that is)
