Why would you be at home? I'd be hitting every factory, Dept. store, public office and job center in my STATE trying to land a job. I'd feel sorry for myself if I just staid home waiting for a job to fall on my lap.

will want to keep the reusme fresh and up to date so you can kill some time ding that. in the meantime however, enjoy your joblessness. You'll get another job soon enough and when you do you'll wish you never had but at least for now, do some things you weren't able to do before like catch up on reruns on tv, go to the zoo, workout, visit some friends you haven't seen in awhile, go to some old hangouts you used back in high school.

in my joblessness I caught up on old MacGyver episodes. you'll find something to do

Do VOLUNTEER work. This prevents a "time lapse" on your resume.
