No one can get on...is it gone now?
If we get it back, will we have the same things, or will we have to start over?

Tom said something about it being down for a while, I don't think that our pages will be messed up. He said that something was out, and sorry for the inconvenience.

It was on earlier today. On their website it stated that there was a power outage in LA that affected the area and the location of where the MySpace servers are located. The battery back-up system failed so they're asking everyone to be patient until things are back to operating normally. Tom stated 3 hrs. ago to probably only take an hr. or so!

i really like myspace but this crap is gettin kinda old honestly. one day it's up the next it's down. i just got on myspace earlier around 5.30 pm and now if i put the web address in it won't even come up. i'm thinkin somethin is wrong wit my computer or connection but i see it's not now. good luck for all of us myspace peeps

Tom posted one of his bulitons saying during a recent storm they servers were hit and that myspace is being gay for alot of people but he is trying to fix it, but it may take a while.

server was down due to maintence but is should be back in a while only people with upgraded myspace can be on write now

Well its done this a few times they are probably having technical difficalties it was ogne last night here this morning then gone again hopefully its coming back

There was a huge blackout in L.A. the other night and they lost the connection to their main server.It will back up shortly and no I don't think we will lose our pages or anything I was able to check mine and it was OK but you couldn't do anything like check mail or send messages to anyone .

access login page at www1.myspace.com have not been able to log in yet though. Still trying. (12:18 update - now the www1 is not working either. Methinks a hacker is at work...)

Honestly, with the amount of cash that this site makes, don't ya think they'd have the server support to prevent these crashes?? Tom's blowing it on hookers and crack!!
