well there is a couple of way to do this, but it depends on the depth of the scratches, the best method that I have found is to sand another piece of plexi and collect the dust. mix it with super glue or another acrylic and smooth it over the scratches.
You can get Novus 1,2 or 3 and it works too and you can get those supplies from your local acrylic shop, look under plastic in the phone book and call around the price can jump from location. See also the link below for more information

If they are not too deep you can polish with
Tooth paste ,start with the whitening type,and use a gel to finish.

There is plastic polish but it is very hard to find

also call any plastic supply house in your local area and ask if they have polish on the shelf.
