I am 24, I am 5 ft 4. I weigh 140ish pounds, I am currently a size 36 C. Do you think I should have implants to lift and enhance?

Hey Honey! I think you sound perfect the way you are. Don't change a thing. Don't listen to "moviesauce" either. He can't tell you if you should or shouldn't lose weight!! I am around the same dimensions as you and I love exactly who I am and I think you are going to find out that most men will to!

No, that is a perfect size. Go to Victorias secret and pick up some push up or balconette bras. Do not go bigger, as you get older you could develop back problems. Your weight is ok but if gain a few more pounds you may find large breast an inconvenience when exercising.
Regardless the choice should only be yours and if you are asking this question then you already have doubts. How I wish I was a C cup again. Sheez I wish I was a B cup again like when I was 24.

Well, first of all age has nothing to do with bra size. A 13 year old could be more endowed than a 30 year old.
Based on just your bra size, I would say no. Do NOT get implants. With your weight and height, going up a size could just end up making you look larger, as in fatter.

I am the same age, height, weight, and bra size. I am happy with my breasts. I think it is a perfect size. Just my opinion hun. If you are insecure about your body & plastic surgery will give you more confidence though...that is your decision. Just make sure you are doing it for YOU, no one else. Best of luck to you.

C cup is just perfect. Implants are overrated sweety. Use whatcha got. I prefer C cupped women to those with gigantic breasts.

You're only 5'4" and you want bigger breasts? That's ridiculous. If you want them to appear larger, just lose 10-15 lbs. At your height, if you're 36C and 125 lbs., you'll be practically top heavy.

Don't change a thing. It isn't worth it. Your fine just at the size you are. Bigger is NOT always better.
