It depends if you have adobe acrobat software. If you do, most likely your scanner will offer PDF as one of the ways to save it. If you don't have it, then you can go to the Adobe website and convert it. I think you can only do this for free a couple of times. They'll convert it and either email it to you or you can download it.

You need Adobe Acrobat or one of the PDF creators available online.
YOu email it just like any other attachment.

lots of PFD distillers on the market....some free but the good ones are 800.....type PDF into google.com to find something in your price range.
