if you want your butt to tone up, do crunches. about, 50 of them a day. works for me!! :D

Tones them with lunges and a stepmaster machine. Also, if you have access to a gym they're a lot of wight lifting devices that can help you out.
About the black marks, they sound like stretch marks, moisturize a lot and pray that they're "fresh" marks (though fresh marks are reddish/purplish in color), when they've turned white-ish (like scar tissue), there's no way to make them go away, not even plastic surgery...yet!
