It feels as if it's stiff. If I move my head to the right, The pain intensifies. I haven't done anything to injure it, So I'm not sure what's causing it. My head has been hurting badly too.

It's probably just that you slept wrong, but if you start running a fever, RUN, don't walk, to your local emergency room. Having a headache, a sore and stiff neck, and a fever are all signs of two illnesses: encephalitis and meningitis. The first one is an infection in your spinal fluid, the second one is an infection in the lining of your skull. Both diseases are 100% treatable if caught early, but both diseases are nearly 100% fatal if you don't treat them at all.

You can pick up both diseases almost anywhere. You can catch meningitis when the bacteria from an infection (like from an infected cut) moves through your body to the tissue that surrounds your brain. Encephalitis can be caught from a mosquito bite. Remember West Nile? That was an encephalitis virus.

Again, if you don't run a fever, don't worry, but if you do, please seek medical attention. You could save your life.

Do NOT use a heating pad until you know what is wrong -- you may use ice -- 15 min on, 30-45 min off to help the swelling. Heat will only make the issue worse. Do try an otc pain reliever. Having your computer in the wrong position or not taking a break to stretch could be an issue. Stress can also be held in your shoulders. Find a good Chiropractor is a help -- I have found that those who graduated from Palmer seem to be really on the ball....

Ooh If it's that bad I would just let her air out as much as possible. Air reeally does help. Leave her bum nakey on a towel or something. Do not wipe her. Dab her if you can with a cloth wipe, and definitely no scented disposable wipes. When you need to put a diaper on, use something else if Desitin isn't working on her. Maybe try A&D. eta: I would NOT run to the ER for this. The ER is full of SICK people with lots of germs. No need catching the flu over diaper rash. But yes call the pedi tomorrow for advice.
