do you think it is your right and why is it taken away so quick if you screw up.

You are correct, it is not a right. I see nothing in the Constitution that involves the DMV. It is a privilege and when you endanger others on the road (or sidewalk) then it is the rights of other citizens to set a standard to remove the danger.

Yea it is a privilege because by driving a car u can get to lots of places faster. And alot of times people just abuse this privilege by recklessly driving and hurting other people ( in the accidents). And for that everyone's insurance rises ( even if they werent the one recklessly driving), and the person responsible for it gets a few points off their license( am i right?).

It is a right until you mess up. It's taken away quickly when you screw up because no one wants you to hurt other people.

because us americans are born with silver spoons in our mouths... but i agree with you.. its a privilage, not a right.
