There are so many people out there who say "It is there fault" and points across the border to the other side. But when you read a story like this, and the truth of the authors words, can you really tell me its worth it?

Zeppellin, the author does state hypothetically that this very scene is unfolding across the border in Israel as well. I believe that clearly shows a bilateral view of the conflict.

Of course the war, and all of the fighting and violence are not worth it. It was a very good report that acknowledges the phenomenon of the abuse and killing of innocent people from both sides.

I think many Western politicians are very confident that the fighting will never reach their continent and that they will never have to epxerience the effects of the fighting.

I think the politicians feel that they have to pay their dues to the source of their power, or to the System.

there are far too many supposed leaders in the world today that are selfish idiots that dont look out for the people of their country, just their self interests. There are too many so called leaders in this world that can't or rather won't look beyond the end of their noses. They aren't strong enough to do that. Bush says its about weapons of mass destruction, when we all know its about lining his families pockets with oil money. In Iran the leader says he'd love to destroy Israel. It's much easier to carry on the way it has been then to step out of line and say "enough!".....No its not worth it

That's the thing about war-- Upper powers who don't have to send their relatives into the battlefield decide the blood baths and civilians along with soldiers are wounded and die. "The opposite of war isn't peace-- it's creation." And we're in dire need of creation.
