to remember when JFK was assassinated, where were you? What were you doing and how old were you?

I was in the 4th grade and had just turned 10 yrs old 5 days before. The class had just returned from recess when we got the terrible news. It was so tragic with kids and teachers crying their eyes out and everyone was in a complete state of shock and mourning.

I'm not old enough to remember JFK, heck I wasn't even born yet but I do remember when and where I was when Optimus Prime died. That was a sad, sad, shocking day.

I was in my 6th grade class when the announcment came over the loud speaker that the President had been shot. About 10 minutes later it was announced that he had died from the gun shots.
I was 12 years old at the time. I can still see where I was sitting to this day.

I was at school, (kindergarten), we has just came back in from recess. I was 6 years old. I remember so well because the teacher was practically hysterical. Didn't know what being president was, but I do know the impact it had on my teacher.

umm i was justa cnt hair shy of being born to see that , actually even if i saw it , i wouldn't remember it , my first memory of a president was the Watergate scandal and after Nixon stepped down from office , all the old ladies back when i was a kid were gossiping about it
