it's the current fad, just like friendster was huge for serveral years, myspace is currently the place to be. If it keeps up with the problems they been having lately though (not just talking about the recent power outage) something will come along and overtake it..

It's fun and then some people get addicted.....gotta anwer all messages, oh yeah and comment on peoples pics, and send their friend, a comment on their page, or they need to put up new pics they just took or decide they want to change their song or background.....alll that stuff takes time and b4 you know it....you have been on for 2 or 3 hours with the intention of only, "checking your mail." LOL ya I'm guilty but not for the 2 or three hours maybe just 1.

Because MYSPACE is the place to be! I thought it was sooo stupid until I fell into the fad myself. All my friends and family and people I havent seen in years whom have since moved far away are all on it and We can all keep in touch! Great thing when you can get on!

why not? its fun.
and i do NOT use it for relationships or sex. every person on my friends list i know in real life and not one of them are on there for relationships or sex either. we use it as a way to keep in touch with friends we dont have time to visit all the time and since we've all gone off to college its nice to see how other people are doing. and the thing thats nice about it is that unlike a phone call you can see pictures of them, find out what kind of music theyre into, see their personality throughout their myspace page...also, they dont have to be available to talk at the moment to keep in touch.

because it just has.... its somewhere for really bored people to go when they are bored to find more really bored people to talk to and become friends with... but if they keep having these freaking server problems i think myyearbook might just take them over..... because www.myyearbook.com is a really good site too and most of the people on there are way more friendlier

Regardless of what people say , It is a place to meet people online .Some people use it to make friends, others to meet dates and others for just plain sex! I know alot of people who use it, including my daughter!

well probably cause the network/server never goes down except for now and it is so much better, you can make great pages and meet great people and its just plain wonderful
