both for me! i like nice ppl cuz then i don't have to go off on them or beat the s.hit out of them if they get to much on my nerves or insult me badly. funny ppl are always a plus becuz they can make u smile and laugh and laughin makes u feel better.

Well, I like when they are both nice and funny. But, some of my friends are nicer than the others and some of my friends are I guess nicer than others. But I love them all! There are times when you need/want to be around really nice and I guess... comforting (if you will) friends while there are other times when you need/want to be around funny friends!

Sometimes ppl who are really funny are actually assholes.....thats why theyre so funny. So i guess i would rather someone whos nice. But funny is key also. : )

Combination is good, however nice is more important, you want to know that your "friend" is not going to make a tasteless joke about you behind your back.
