we have some of the torn pages but we dont know how to put them in the book... because we are beating riku two right now and we cant do that because we need to beat winnie the pooh and we dont even know how to get in there.

Wow, you're near the end of the game, good job.
When you go to merlin's house look along merlin's wall until you see the command that lets you enter the book, it should be very close to the save point.
Once there, look for any new pictures that you haven't seen before, that means a new area has been opened in the 100 Acre Wood. Complete the objective there, you'll know when it complete because when you leave the page, it'll turn into an item. After that, the next page will already be installed and you can move on. After the last page is completed you'll get an Orichalcum, Seal 100 Acre Wood, and the book's cover will be illastrated with Sora and Pooh walking down a road. You'll need to seal 100 Acre Wood to get the secret ending.

I'm not positive, it's been a while, but talk to the GodFary(God Mother, the lady in the blue dress) I beleive that she is hiding inside a pumpkin inside Merlin;s house. Target the pumpkin, and she will appear. Also, It's possible that all you need to do is just open the book, and the pages will be returned automatically. Also, I think that you dont HAVE to do the Pooh story in order to progress in the storry. It's just a side thing, and if you do do it, and the other side things, in the end you'll get a secret movie, which you'll only acces if you're on normal or hard modes. In KH1, to put the torn pages is obvious that you must have torn pages with you, then you enter the book, you have to win in the first page to get to the other and you must have all the torn pages.
