no...I know of a number of successful relationships in which the woman is older. More importantly than an age difference is: trust, love, similar goals and spirituality, compassion and a willingness to compromise...both of you, not just the female :)

No, I don't think so. My wife is 4 years older than me and we have a wonderful marriage. It all depends on the people involved. I have found that I have more in common with older women than I did with women my own age. True love does not know no age in my opion as long as both are over 18. Best of luck

Before I met my husband, I only ever dated men who were at least 10 years older than me. I always felt so young and inexperienced at life. My husband is seven years younger than I am. It's the best, most respectful and fun relationship I've been in. Part of it I think is because I feel more confident. BTW, I make a conscious effort not to make my husband feel too young and inexperienced. He has valid opinions that I respect. I guess as long as there's a balance of respect and power, as long as you're attracted to each other and having fun you have the foundation for a healthy relationship, no matter either partner's age.

Not really, depends on how much older. If u are like 18 and she is 30 then she is only with u for the sex, but if only a few years than that is fine

It depends on the age of the couple because if down the road he wants children and she's either done having children or she's too old then there's going to be a problem.

It's understood that these are mature consenting adults.
