Dislocated hip?

I have had severe hip and lower back pain all day. I couldn't sit, lie down, or even walk today. Could it be my syatic nerve? Will it only get worse it I don't see a doctor soon? Please help!

Please see a doctor...if the pain is severe, go to the ER. I doubt it is a dislocated hip...you would not be able to walk on it and you would be able to see that it is dislocated if you compare it to your other hip.

However, there are so many things it could be, and this is just a small list of possibles, something with your sciatic nerve, a pinched nerve, a pulled muscle, a sprain, a dislocated disc, etc. There is no way to know without being examined. Please see a doctor!
