Panda eyes only look good on pandas- not humans.
The bad news? it could be heredity and increases as you age.
The good news? You are not the only one.
- Go gentle on your eye area. Esp if you are a contact lens wearer, be gentle when you put or remove ur lenses. Bcos your eye area has very delicate skin, do not rub your eyes excessively.
- Cucumber slices, chilled tea bags or ice cubes
- Sleep early and nutritious diet
- Eye creams
- Makeup e.g. concealer
- Seek professional help

try to get a proper sleep and consult a dermatologist. Wash your face with whitening soap before going to bed and after waking up in the morning. Eat plenty of fruits rich in vitamins for the skin.

Vitamin K cream. (look on drugstore.com)
Or a really good concealer. A yellowish one will counteract the purple circles.
