In South Africa the courts have ruled that a person will retain the predominant sex from birth. So even if you are a hermaphrodite (bot sexes) and but male sex is predominant, then the law will continue to consider a male even if you have a sex change op.

I do believe however the law will change, since it seems to contracdict some principles from our constitution.

only if the state recognizes it. Also if the marriage takes place after the operation. If your sex changes on the license, there's a chance that you can get married. Check with your states' laws.

Yes, as long as he changes his information to reflect his sex change. She needs two forms of ID showing the change.
