Free points to answer the "MySpace is Down. Why?" questions.
Here's my answer if anyone cares to copy and paste it for points. ha ha....
I was on it earlier today. On their website it stated that there was a power outage in LA that affected the area and the location of where the MySpace servers are located. The battery back-up system failed so they're asking everyone to be patient until things are back to operating normally.
I think this is affecting Yahoo servers too because they're located in Cali.

YAHELL is always down and havin problems and i think myspace caught the service is crap bug and now both sites are down, and i wish they would stop askin the server questions to, i gave the answer of get an older version of yahoo at the below site and it will solve almost all problem

Yahoo is down? I hadn't noticed other than once in a great while it tells me the spell check is down, but it is right back by the time I get the next question answered.

i have been signed on answers since 7pm yesterday i finish work in 2 hours at 7 am a 12 hour shift through the night i must have seen this more than 50 times take a guess you think iv heard it enough or not suerly best answer? :) and no i still aint checked my e-mail!
