You know it never stops to amaze me how much people think how to work on todays cars.
Now that all the crap is out of the way, here is information you can use.
Check the following
Fuel pump pressure
Wires ( if over 100,000 on them)
Plugs
Altinator output, is it charging the battery
Injuctors output
There is also a lot of other things but you dident tell me how many miles are on the car.

things that could cause sluggishness-
Spark plug wires
Fuel filter
oil filter
change oil
change coolant (bad coolant can cause overheating)
too low grade gasoline
low tire pressure
emergency brake on
bad O2 sensors

a bad brake job can cause the brakes to be engaged even when you dont step on the brake pedal.

maybe you hit the overdirve button which would reduce you to only three gears.

the list goes on and on....

things that wouldnt cause sluggishness-
dead battery (car wouldnt turn on)
bad alternator (would affect electrical system)

buy somethin called RXP and put it in your tank. Go to an automotive place like even walmart and get a fuel injection cleaning.
Its cheaper and does wonders

Air filter, fuel filter Hey you can take it to a shop and have them hook it up to a computer and give you a print out.
