OUCH!!! Get some aftershave. That's what it's for dude.
And some of those organisms are there to protect. Washing your face regularly is sufficient.

You want a lotion or something that will soothe your skin and moisturize. Alcohol dries your skin out. If you're worried about bacteria, use an anti-bacterial soap before shaving and keep your razor clean, or just buy disposables and throw them out each time.

No. In fact avoid any product that contains alcohol after you shave. Your skin is irritated, and alcohol makes this worse. It can raise those nasty shaving bumps.
Instead, rinse it really well with cool water. Find a soothing product that doesn't have any alcohol.

Don't use rubbing alcohol- you're right about possible irriation. Do you know of any girl that wants her guy to smell like a hospital? I don't. Buy an aftershave lotion that will make you smell good and sooth you're skin. If that doesn't help then try using a different razor.

Besides irritating the skin a bit, it won't cause you serious harm. If you are really concerned you can always use an Vitamin E aftershave lotion, to soothe your skin.

Try using "Noxzema" It comes in a jar. You can wash your face with it and shave with it on. It's very good for your skin. It should not sting like alcohol would.
