sharp pain means you probably have gas or some other intestinal problem, if you were pregnant it'd be more of a dull pain than a sharp one

If you have had sexual relations you could be pregnant. Of course no one here can answer this for certain. You need a pregnancy test. And it sounds like you might need some reliable birth control if you are not interested in having children right now.
Sharp pains in the stomach can be caused by many different things.

Sharp pains in your stomach are usually not indicative of pregnacy. It could be indicative of a miscarriage. If you've missed your period for a number of months and haven't taken an HPT or asked a doctor and the pain is like menstrual cramps - go to the ER! An ectopic or tubal pregnancy that implants outside of the uterus or in your fallopian tube can cause permanent infertility or death if not treated properly. If the pain is intermittent and not getting worse - then just see your doctor - but if you've had any missed periods then miscarriage or ectopic is possible. If you haven't had any missed periods or you're simply late a few days - you could have a urinary tract infection. If the pain gets unbearable go to the ER - an untreated urinary tract infection can lead to other more serious issues. Have you been around alot of other women where germs could be spread not drinking enough water or using alot of public restrooms or ladies lockers lately?

Sounds like you are having menstrual cramps, or you may have an infection, you need to seek medical attention immediately. If you are having sharp pains and think you may be pregnant, very doubtful that you are, but very likely you are having an infection. Men do not show symptoms when they have something, the women do. Get help from a doctor.
