I mean couldnt a villian make bullets tipped and or filled with a bit of kryptonite to shoot at him, with that he wouldnt be bullet proof, so why doesnt anyone do that?

Uhm... it's been done already.
Metallo has shot Supes with a kryptonite bullet - Bats had to take it out...
And the bullet was a shard, with a point, so it was able to penetrate Supes' skin.
And Lex Luthor, along with Brainiac, have also used kryptonite bullets, to devastating effect.
As to why he's so hard to kill - well, we couldn't go around killing America's first and most popular superhero, now could we? Oh wait, we already did.... wait a moment - he came back. Oh never mind.... just suffice it to say that he's so dang hard to kill, even when we DID kill him, he found a way back into his body, even after the creation of four different Supermen!

well the reason the kyptonite bullet won't work as well are you would think is because the radiaction poisoning takes time and a small amount like that would make super man sick but might not kill him without a lot of time, also the bullet might just pass though him and not effect him that much or not weaken him enought that it bounces off or is shallow enought to to pull out

Because Superman is a multi-million dollar franchise, they're not going to kill the goose that lays the Golden eggs.

Because Superman is a symbol of what humans aspire to be. By making him easy to kill you'd be saying that the human spirit is weak as well.

Because he still sells. When people don't like superman anymore the artists would probably kill him. Then when the comics/movie/series rate again, they'll probably bring him back to life...

Villans aren't that smart.....thats how they are portrayed....any villan could have thought of that....but the producers of superman probaly wouldn't want superman dying...or maybe they tried to do it but failed..iono ask the producers of superman

Dude he's SUPER-MAN if it were that easy to kill him they'd need to change the title to "Lame *** kick the sissy in the balls and he dies-man" ...which to me doesn't sound all that entertaining and the title is a bit long.

because hes from planet krypton where they have lik a lot more gravity on earth so he is super strong
