I ask because the other night a friend who was really drunk put his shoes on the wrog foot kept falling when he tried to walk. I know he was drunk but did the shoes being on the wrong foot have anything to do with it too?

Having the wrong shoe for each foot does not make you walk funny but being drunk does.IF you have no shoes at all you will walk funny when you are drunk.
