Don't you know that the common thing now is that providers don't advertise help numbers. They don't want your calls.

Yahoo's service is free unless of course you pay for extra storage mailbox or something of the sort. Even AOL a paid service doesn't have the customer service like they once provided. You have long waits on hold and then you're lucky if you can understand the person with whom you are connected. If Yahoo did provide a customer service number they would be bombarded with calls. Just think about how many "questions" there were yesterday during the down time about OH NO MY I CAN'T SIGN ON TO YAHOO - WHAT WILL I EVER DO! I do think they should put something on the home page when there is a problem to control the rumors that were flying everywhere. That way everyone can be informed by yahoo.

And why should they? Being a free service, why would they want to spend $$$ to answer peoples questions. As the old saying goes..."Never look a gift horse in the mouth"
