you could be pregnant if you had sex without contraception.
You can have brown spotting in early pregnancy.
FYI: If you skipped a period, you don't automatically get the next one when it would have been due normally, the cycle could be all over the place.
Also you could just be late and the spotting is saying that it is coming soon. Other factors can make the period irregular like stress, exercise, weight loss etc.
Good luck. You will be fine no matter what :) You should talk to someone other than on the internet.
You could get a test from the shop or visit your Dr if there is a chance you are pregnant.

First I'd get a test to see if I was pregnant........The brown discharge you are experiencing could be related to hormonal fluctuations. this is a good possiblity you may be pregnant ( were you having sex?) get a home kit and find out, I have been pregnant 4 x's and it is possible to spot in the early trimester, usually when your normal period would be due, you don't mention your age, but some women never have regular periods especially in the early years and you could skip a month or more and still be normal. it could also be signs of somethng else too you should see your dr asap

brown spotting before you get your period, and after your period is normal, sometimes this happens with ovulation. being late doesn't mean anything, you can actually skip full months at times. but as for knowing whether or not your pregnant, well there really isn't any real way, not until you miss your period and take a test. now please keep in mind, that stress from worrying if your pregnant or not, can make your period come late.

I recommend you see your doctor. This may not signal pregnancy but I'm afraid it sounds a great deal like it's possible, 3 of my 5 pregnancies began this way. Sorry.

why dont you go and get a test and put your mind to rest. we can tell you what might and might not be, but hon, a test will give you the right answer. I just went through the same thing. I am not pregnant. but that is me.

its ok you might be late dont stress about being pregnant because some athletes dont get there periods..and if you dont get it in a couple months you should go to the doctor.

r u on the pill? i'm on the pill and 3 months ago i didn't have a period then a month later it was brown and this month it was brown to so maybe its the pill lol
