i really love wearing ballet shoes, for i'm kinda tall. but when wearing stilettos, it gives you this female empowerment and you feel all sexy. so when dancing, wear stilettos.

In flats I can dance for longer periods of time, because my feet don't hurt as much, but if the heel is small it doesn't make too much of a difference anyway. I'd say the quality of my dancing is not affected by heel height, but quantity certainly is!

I am a professional dancer. I tap, jazz and clogg... Let me just say that stillettoues are best... If you wear flats you will wind up doing most of the dancing on your toes and ball of your foot

well for me it depends what dance im doing
if its ballroom i need heels
if its contemperay i have no shoes
if its goin to band shows and hxc danceing i wear flats
but if your goin to a club wear heels
like flat shoes look tacky
unless there like kitten heels

I feel sexier dancing in heels/stilletos, but my feet thank my later if I'm dancing in flats.
