I think trimmed beard or short beard is okay. Long beard just too much for a young man, it gives a sense that you do not take care of your facial look, in my opinion.

well that is up to you... do you think you would look good in a beard.. i guess you can grow one and you do not like it you can always shave it off can't you..so i guess go for it...if you have a girlfriend you might ask her opinion...
