What are some of the things that your mom use to say to you when you were growing up? One of the things my mom told me was "A little birdie told me" when I got caught diong something wrong.

A funny thing my Mom would say is "remember, I have eyes in the back of my head".
The scary thing is, she did! I can't tell you how many times we would stick our tongue out at her or make a face and she would say something like "you think I don't see that?"!
Yikes!!

The obvious answer is " because I told you so". I work in a preschool now and find myself saying that all the time.

my mom always used to tell us to wear clean underwear!! in case we were ever in an accident - for real!!!
my mom passed a few years ago and is still missed everyday, so everyone out there if you can, hug your mom
