u don't need 2 exercise 4 dat just eat soul food like chicken, greens, corn bread u kno dat stuff

well thats just the problem you cant "naturally' get a butt like that if you were not already blessed with it. Excercise tones and defines your butt. If you must exersize you can always resort to the eliptical or stairmaster. Seriously though excersize just tones But dont trip sweety work with what ya got that can always go a long way. Oh and hiking up hill works wonders trust me on that.
