well, first, make sure that you have the drivers installed on your computer. To do this, you can use the CD that came with your Nano, just put it in the computer, and it should run automatically. If it doesnt, go to my computer, double click on your CD Drive, and then double click on setup.exe. If you already did this and it didnt work, then try uninstalling anything that has to do with Ipod. Including the drivers, AND Itunes. To do this, you go to the control panel, and click on "add remove programs". Then re-install everything. If it still doesnt work, then try a different USB port. If it still doesnt work, then you probably have WIndows 98, or you need a new computer. If you have Windows 98, then your screwed cause its not going to work. If you have Windows ME, then your screwed because Windows ME sucks. I suggest you uninstal it before it messes up anything connected to your PC. It could also be that your USB ports dont work. You can either spends hundreds on getting it fixed, or for the same price, buy a new computer. I suggest you buy a new computer. Good Luck!

Ahh, that occurred to me too. it's going to paintings after a at the same time as yet for now, get a form of USBs that port extra USBs.... and plug it in by there. That occurred and that i did that when which it labored. Then I have been given a sparkling syncer and seems that the different one began to paintings so i do no longer understand.. attempt that. good success!

have u tried to use a differnt computer? what computer do u currently use now? try and reset the computer and put the IPOD in before the computer starts if it keeps doing it get a technition
