Click on the attach option and then click on browse. Then select the folder the pic is in and click ok.

Easy after writing the e-mail and clicking on the Attach button. You see the insert attach open click on my Documents,and you see all the folders there i.e my picture, music double click the one you want open and then select the one you want to attach ok!

When asked to browse you ned to find the folder from this dialouge box and double click when sendign mail

compose then go to attach then browse then my documents then the folder the flicks are in then open then attach. Done.

right click on the picture or document and it should bring you with a list of options...emailing this docutment should be one of them..
