but instead of bleeping out Dam, they bleeped out God. Is god part of George Carling 7 words, or just a timing coincidence?

that's how it always is. I duno why. God doesn't offend a whole lof of people, and damn doesn't either. but when put together, it's considered blasphemous. So they bleep out the 'god' part.

Nope, your correct in hearing it right. In this day and age "God" is more of a deregrotory term than any of George Carlin's 7 favorite word's. Even if they use the phase "Jesus Christ" some stations will bleep the entire thing, some will just cut out "Jesus".

It's not because God is a bad word people it's because taking the Lord's name in vain is a sin and it offends people so they bleep it out to be politically correct.

people consider "God" to be a bad word because not all people believe in God...like in the song "i write sins not tragedies" by Panic! at the disco, they say "god damned door" and they bleep out "god"...i don't like how they do that, God is not a bad word...God is awesome

Yes, it has been like that for awhile. I think it is fairly retarded that god is now a Bad word. It shouldn't be said in conjuction with the other words, of course, but God is now a bad word in our society.
