First I will make it obious that I'm avoiding the person and if the person doesn't get the hint, I'll tell them, "I don't like your *** so get the hell away from me."

Depends on the person and why I don't like them. If I have a problem with something they did, I will let them know up front where I stand on the issue. Then I will proceed to ignore them - not avoid, as I'm not going to go out of my way to worry about where they are going to be.

I would avoid them but my 21 year old daughter has told people in her life that it would be better if they stopped being friends and moved on. I don't have the nerve to do that.

when someone says, "do you have a problem with me?" i will normally say yes and tell them straight out what it is. but if someone says, "oh, what do you think of her?" i say i like thme, because it's not nice to gossip. and if i don't liek someone, i do try to avoid, them, but if i run into them, i'm polite and nice because just because you aren't friends with someone doesn't mean you have to disrespect them.

Absolutely. Why lie? It doesn't help you or that person. (Besides you can read me like a book, they'd know before I could tell them. lol)

No, I'd tell them that I "don't prefer them" and then I'd have them sign a "Wavier of Liability in case he/she Committs Suicide" because of my lack of interest.

some people don't get that certain vibe and you try to explain say stuff like "I think we are very different in the way we are"
sometimes I just want to say "please never call me again, no I am not kidding I never want to hear you voice on my machine it makes me want to vomit in my mouth"

if they ask, i will tell them. besides, they may get a certain vibe from me so normally they don't have to ask
