ok so when I was at work yesterday.I work at an upscale night club in and my co-worker she was like moving around dancing a lot. by the door way. and like everytime she sat down/ran by. I got a wift of it!
The smell was undescribeable. It was kinda like a fishy, kimchee, wet sweat, bloody pad smell.lol.IDK!!but it was funky. She was wearing a dress.possibly without any panties.I know it wasnt her armpits. I even ran to the bathroom to smell myself bcuz I though it was me
All girls know we can take a shower and still smell like 2 hours later. right?I sometimes douche, use scented perfumed baby powder, coochie spray you name it.lol.But I stay fresh down there. Bcuz it's very important to me.
anyways,I wanted to say something. But I didnt want to sound rude.Because it smelled really bad!If she was my sister i would tell her.But she's my co-worker I dont want make her feel uncomfortable around me.just I just let it be or say something and give her some advice on how to keep it fresh?

I am so surprised at the number of women who have never had basic hygiene taught to them when they were young girls or just refused to do basics like: wash, douche (yes, I know some gyno say don't, but I prefer to and never had problems with it), go to the doctor regularly, etc.
In a situation of crotch rot such as this, you can take a couple of different routes.
One you could say, "Do you smell something nasty ? ". The problem with this is she probably won't get it.
The second route, which I have used before with other chicks who stank , is to say, "God, the other night I was at this friend's house and she had this NASTY couchie smell. What do you think it could be ? Have you ever had to deal with that ??" Then you could launch into a discussion of douches, going to the doctor, etc. If it smells that bad she probably has some sort of infection and needs to see a doctor.
That's the only way I can think of bringing it up other than just being blunt. Feel sorry for anyone who has to be intimate with that.

Yea i've had to deal with that problem too with one of my closest friends. I didnt wanna say anything at first becuz I didnt wanna hurt her feelings but I couldnt let her walk around smelling raunchy all day. So me and 2 other friends kinda had an intervention and we sat her down to explain to her that she had an odor. She wasnt too happy about it but it was best coming from us. I couldnt have people walking around talking about her behind her back. We had asked her if she knew she smelled like that and she said No she had no idea. Most people who have an odor dont realize they have it especially since a persons smell usually trails behind them. They need other people to be considerate enough to pull them aside and explain to them that their hygiene is a little off. The best thing to do is just tell her up front. She has an odor and she needs to know it. It may sound bad, but it is what it is. Better a co-worker than some stranger off the street calling her out on it. Sure it'll be embarrassing, but she'll get over it.

Apparently she doesn't know that she has such an odor or she would do something about it
Many years ago a gym teacher told me that I should use more deodorant. I was embarrassed at the statement but it was a good thing in the long run. Tell her in private, in a discreet way. She may thank you, or be silent. This is the best advice I can give you, just be honest with her. If you have noticed it, others have too.
Good luck,

Pull her aside and tell her. Don't make a big deal about it and don't do it in front of other people. Tell her some tips you use. Like scented tampons or duche. If the smell persits, buy her a bath set. If still the smell, ask her to see a doctor. It could be an STD called the Trick.

Wow, what a predicament. I would say that "someone" smelled like those things that you said and how it made you so ill! Start talking about some of the things that "mistery girl" could have done to clean up her act! I had a friend in high school w/ that problem and that's how I helped her...BTW, douching makes it gross down their, it kills bad AND good bacteria, leading to more smell as well as problems. NEVER DOUCH WOMAN!!! Keep her clean and wear cotton crotch panties! If a smell comes, your body is saying "Houston, we've got a problem"

OK, the same thing happened to me other differnt circumstances. Me and this other lady went to scout camp with the boys for the week. She and I would go together every afternoon to get our showers. One night when we got back to camp, I was sitting under a tarp and she pulled her chair up close to mine and I smelled this horrible smell. I thought it was a dead animal. It was the nastiest smell I've ever smelled. I got up and moved the trash can that was close to us and say down again. I once again smelled the smell. The next day, she was walking funny. She told me that she had a nasty yeast infection and she needed to go to town to get some medication.
I didn't say anything to her about the smell, but I figured that she already knew. Maybe if it happens again, you can just take some cologne and spray her behind her back.

Well chances are that if you noticed it, others have and she has too. Just take her aside and let her know that if she has female problems she can talk to you about it. I mean, this is if you want to get rid of the smell. Maybe she has done something, maybe not. Give her advice on what to do. And if you help her with this embarrassing situation, then she will not diss you.

I worked for an upscale resort, was the manager of 20+ women.
I received several complaints from servers, about a server whom smelled really bad.
I researched the problem & discovered, she wasn't the only one whom smelled awful.
I held an employee meeting & discussed personal hygiene.
After that the problem ended.
Good Luck.

It is probably not a case of being fresh, a fishy smell is usually associated with bacterial vaginosis and she needs to see her primary care provider for a diagnosis. Even if it is something else, she needs medical treatment, not a sweet smelling douche. I will leave it to you to tell her, none of us know her and know how she takes advice. But be sure to be somewhere there is no one else around and let her know you are concerned for her health.
It is so hard for us to talk to people about subjects associated with odors and smells.

It totally sounds like bacterial vaginosis. She probably has greenish smelly discharge due to infection. She really needs to see a doctor for a coochie checkup, she might have something that can make her sterile later on. Good luck!
