I eat meat my wife doesnt I don't do such a thing.
I think too many meat eaters think they are missing out and try to convince them meat is great.
My mother kinda does this to my wife.

First: Why do Vegetarians feel the need to press vegetarianism? Self Preservation. Like any group interests, preservation of those Ideals is a part of what keeps that group alive. Meat eaters, Vegetarians, etc.
Unfortunately for the herbivore dinosaurs, that practice was probably one reason for their extinction. The Herbivores eventually were eaten by the carnivorous dinosaurs in order to survive, You can speculate what happen to the carnivorous dinosaurs...heart disease, cholesterol etc (from not having a balanced diet), but they they were actually omnivorous (meat & plant & insects).
Second: It's not that meat eaters are always being mean per say, just that variety in your diet is good! Meat, vegetables, and products from animals like milk, butter, eggs, chesse, yogurt etc. all have very good nutrients and are are good for a balaced diet.
Third, I am guessing your teenage daughter is just developing her sense of self and the world around her, and there's are alot that she will find offensive when it comes to meat eaters, and other similar groups. Develoing a sense of humor and a thick Rhinos' Skin (a Known Vegetarian/Herbavore) would be my best suggestion. There are going to be alot of people like that, it's never gonna end. Not talking about being a vegetarian (for now) is probably the best thing she can do, Ignoring it when people pick on her about is the next.

Because, generally speaking, vegetarians come across as so self-righteous. It sounds like your daughter is the exception to this stereotype.

I don't. But I don't want a vegetarian to tell me I'm a murderer because I like to eat meat. Kinda' works both ways.

Because vegetarians seem to go against the laws of nature, and generally seem to enjoy rubbing it in our faces.

First, how old is your daughter? Children are about the meanest beings there are and if she is young she is ridiculed for being different not for being a vegetarian.

Why do vegetarians feel the need to go against nature, we were made omnivores for a reason.
