I have a "notifier" that pops up every hour and I have to go through the task manager to stop it. It a reminder that tells me my three day trail has expired and it keeps tring to make me pay. I don't even know what the its for its like a movie website that I never went too. I found it in the add/remove programs, but to remove it, it redirects me to a webpage that "cannot be opened". So since that won't work is their anything I can do to get it off my computer?

There are two things you can do:

You can go to "Local Settings/Temporary files" and delete it.

or

You could go to "My Computer/Local Disk (C:)/Program files and Delete it.

Well if you know enough about computers you can go throught the task manager and end the process then delete the system folder. That might work but it might also mess up your computer depending what's in the computer. Other than that all I know is to reformat. It mgiht be spyware or adware to try running your anti-spyware program. If you don't have one I highly recommend Spybot Search and Destroy. You can get it at www.download.com
It's completely free.

I had a similar problem once. Except I was able to get rid of it with add/remove. Try deleting all the cookies and online/ offline files on your internet settings. If you're using internet exploere, you can do this by clicking 'tools'/ 'internet options'/ and hitting the 'delete cookies' and 'delete files' icons.

Try downloading Windows Defender or SpyBot. Search Google for both of them, you'll find it easily.
