Enlighten me...I already know about Hamas and Iran's intentions vis-a-vis Israel (they want her gone and her peoples massacred). But while I've heard much about Hezbollah's acts I havent heard anything of their ideology. Are they (as they said) a Lebanese freedom group or are they just another genocidal terror group?

To Ulterior...while their main goal is consistent w/what I've heard...It seems that Nasrallah and the HAMAS goons have a habit of changing views as regards Jews...and the state of Israel.

To best guy...According to Nasrallah on Oct.22,2002 when he was speaking in a graduation ceremony in Haret Hreik..."If they all gather in Israel, it will save us the trouble of going after them worldwide." Unless Im mistaken its yet further proof that these bastards want all Jews dead.

Hezbollah does not recognize Israel's right to exist. I cannot quote an actual source (as I'd prefer to do), but I do remember seeing a translated video of their leader spewing his hatred for the Jews. The "official" view of the newly formed democratic Lebanese government does recognize Israel, but Hezbollah is a terrorist "state within a state" which is a mere puppet of Damascus and Tehran.
I'm sure you are also aware that they are on the official "Terrorist Watch List".

Hezbollah's ideology calls for a Lebanese state with Islamic laws and the removal of Israeli troops from Lebanon. They support Hamas in their struggle against Israel.
Hamas has recognized Israel's right to exist very recently (right around when this crisis started.) Their goal is a Palestinian state in Gaza, and the West Bank.
Neither of these groups are in any way genocidal. Hamas wants Gaza and the West Bank while recognizing Israel's right to exist and Hezbollah wants Israeli to leave Israel and Palestinian lands, not to kill every one of them.
Hamas and Hezbollah are considered terrorist groups by the United States, Israel, Great Britian and Canada. The rest of the world considers them a militant freedom fighting group.
One should also consider that Hamas and Hezbollah are providing hospital care and are runnning water and ulitities as every other government does.

Hezbollah is funded and propagated by Iran. Many of the weapons they use come from them as well. Iran is staunchly Muslim and they hate Jews, (and the U.S.) so no they do not recognize Israel's right to exist. Lebanon never had the guts to root them ( Hezbollah) out and so now they have a big problem as a result.

Sure they do. If Israel were to live under the water or 6' under ground. Hezbollah, Hamas, and the PLO have stated time and again that they want all Jews dead.

Let them fight it out, but Israel would put a major hurt on Iran and Syria. Unlike the US, people in the Middle East hit where it counts....civilians.

They are the enemy to be annihilated along with the whole of Lebanon, in the eyes of US Pres. Bush, Prime Minister Olmert and Condolezza Rice.

No, and apparently neither do many of the people on this site. They are another genocidal terror group.
