I have XP,128mb ram.

With 128 MB it should run like a dog, but it should run. See XP minimum spec, 128 MB should work.

Try booting in safe mode, you probably have other problems besides low memory. Where did you get this computer, and did it ever run XP before?

Ya 128 RAM isn't enough to run XP alone, much less all the other programs running in the background as well. Need more specs on the computer to be of any help tho.

That is not nearly enough ram to run XP well, this time of year lots of peoples PCs crash due to overheating.

exactly, ram is not enough. although it is the minimum required, it will rum minimum performence.
