If they have ruled out endometriosus, ovarian cysts, fibroids (only in women though), UTI, bladder infections, kidney infections, any "itis", Crohn's disease, inflammatory bowel disease and everything else they can think of, find out if they tested for these 3 things.

High insulin (fasting blood insulin test)
Gluten intolerance (a test that searches for gluten antibodies)
Systemic Yeast (Candida) Syndrome (a test that searches for yeast antibodies)

These separately or together can do nasties, and are hard to detect, and sometimes the doctors don't even believe they exist.

Check out some of this on www.hufa.org or www.mayoclinic.com.

Well if you have had tests ran, I am not sure what to say. Does the pain exist more so on one side over the other? Is it only during that time of the month or close to it? Anything you do specifically that sparks the pain? I would make sure you have a vaginal sonogram done ASAP. Also have your appendix checked. The sonogram would be able to point out cysts and anything else out of the ordinary. Don't do a normal sonogram, do the vaginal!! And if you have not been tested for STD's, I would have that done too.

This is scary! No not your problem but fact you came to a site and asked unknown persons medical advice! This site has many teens and people who like to have fun here. This is NOT the place to get medical advice a Doctor is!!! If your Doctor cannot find the problem see and other Doctor but PLEASE do not come here and get advice from strangers the answer (if you take it) could cause you more harm!
