Turkey for Thanksgiving...And usually my family all gets together for Christmas...and we have both.

Thanksgiving, we have turkey and a lot of side crap.
Christmas, we have Turkey AND Ham AND the side crap.

I love turkey and all the things that go with it: gravy, cornbread dressing. It really isn't Thanksgiving to me without Turkey and all the trimmings.

turkey for turkey day and we usually do turkey and roast beef for christmas...
