You can go to ebay but you will need to check out the person who is selling it. You can do that by tpying in gamecube. Click on the lowest costing one. And then click on the person who is selling it and make sure that person has good review because you dont want a piece of junk.

have you tried to look for the direct wholeseller? you might be able to get cheaper rates from there ...
but I'm not sure if you can get free games or any good packages if you do get it from a wholeseller ....
